Booking Terms :
These booking terms ('Booking Terms') are between the person or legal entity making the Booking ('You/Your') and Farmis Garden Hotel, Sylhet (Registered Office: Farmis Garden Hotel, Mirer Moydan, Sylhet 3100 Company Trade License Number: 000) our officers, employees and agents ('We'/'Us'/'Our'). These Booking Terms are for the provision of accommodation services ('Booking(s)'), by Us who You have selected and are displayed under the 'Reservation Confirmed' section of the online Booking confirmation ('Booking Confirmation') and confirmation email. These Booking Terms are governed by Bangladeshi law and apply to all Bookings. By making a Booking You are deemed to accept and be bound by these Booking Terms.
We ourselves operate the Farmis Garden Hotel Website and Booking Service and process all online payments made via the Booking Service. Therefore, when Your payment appears on Your card statement, "Farmis Garden Hotel" may be displayed as the merchant of record.
1. Bookings
YOUR ATTENTION IS IN PARTICULAR DRAWN TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CLAUSE 1
1.1. Our services to You are to take Your Booking and payment and to make the arrangements with Us You have selected. We are not in a position to ensure that Farmis Garden Hotel You have selected via the Booking Service meets Your expectations or performs its services properly or at all.
1.2. Bookings are made and a contract between You and Us comes into effect when We accept a reservation from You. We will accept a reservation when We have confirmed Your reservation and received payment of (i) a 50% deposit of your total reservation day(s); or (ii) the full amount (100%) of the value of Your Booking as specified via the Booking Service at the time of Your booking.
1.3. Where a deposit or any other amount that is less than the total value of the stay is paid via the Booking Service, the balance of the cost of Your stay will be paid by You directly to Farmis Garden Hotel, Sylhet on either check-in or check-out or at an earlier date if so requested by direct communication between You and Farmis Garden Hotel, Sylhet.
1.4. A 50% deposit will be taken upfront on all bookings/reservations. Deposits can be made using the following options:
a) Credit or debit card
b) bKash
c) Direct Bank Transfer
d) Cash upon check-in or check-out
e) Deposits may be used for incidental charges
f) Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.
g) Bookings must be paid for using a valid credit or debit card or direct bank transfer to Our designated bank account or by bKash payment to Our account.
h) When Your Booking is confirmed, a reservation number is given. This number must be retained for access to Your Booking details if cancellation or amendment is necessary. You will need to quote this reservation number when contacting Us.
1.5. Although You make a Booking through Us and have a contract with Us, because We are responsible for the day to day provision of the services to You under that Booking, all complaints should be directed to Us in the first instance.
1.6. You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract and be over 18 years of age to make a Booking.
1.7. For ALL Bookings We require You and all accompanying person(s) to provide Us with any two of the following original documentations as NO photocopied documents can be accepted:
a) Bangladesh Government issued photo identification card (National ID)
b) A valid Passport
c) A valid credit card or debit card
1.8. When Your Booking is confirmed, a reservation number is given. This number must be retained for access to Your Booking details if cancellation or amendment is necessary. You will need to quote this reservation number when contacting Us. 1.9. At time of checking-in ALL guests and those accompanying You will be required to take a photograph for safety and security purposes, as per Bangladeshi law and regulations. Women with religious face coverings (Nikkab) are required to produce original National ID card or valid Passport.
2. Prices
2.1. All prices exclude VAT at 15% and Service Charge at 10% and will be applied to the total price of Your currently advertised rate and/or Booking. 2.2. On the rare occasion that an error in pricing occurs and We do not accept Your reservation, even after We have issued a Booking Confirmation, We will notify You as soon as We reasonably can and refund the amount paid in full without any liability for the error or omission. Such a refund shall be processed by Us on our behalf. You agree that We will be the sole arbiter of any pricing discrepancy and We will provide written evidence of any obvious pricing errors to You in support of Our decision. Or we may offer You an alternate hotel accommodation with one of our affiliates or associate partner or fellow hotel (also refer to clause 3.1). 2.3. You agree that We will not be liable for any additional or consequential expenses You may incur as a result of the error or omission.
2.4. Prices are per room per night (unless otherwise and explicitly specified via the Booking Service and on Your Booking Confirmation).
2.5. If You have selected booking extras these will be added to the total price of Your Booking. Prices do not include other costs You may choose to incur during Your stay (unless otherwise stated).
2.6. Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.
2.7. Prices quoted are correct (unless a pricing error occurs) only for the specific number of guests, dates, nights and rooms shown.
3. Availability
3.1. In the rare case that the Establishment is unable to accommodate You as per Your Booking, You will be offered alternate accommodation by the Establishment and if there is a difference in the Price, You will be liable for the price differential. If the differential is less than the original value of Your Booking a refund of the difference will be made to You.
3.2. Arrival and departure and check-in and check-out times are as specified on Your Booking Confirmation. Should You wish to check-in outside of the times specified You must confirm this directly with Us. In the event that You attempt to check-in outside of the stated time without prior arrangement, or fail to check-in at all, We may cancel the entire booking and retain any amount it is entitled to retain as stated in Our cancellation policy section of Your Booking Confirmation.
3.3. Check-in time starts from 14:00 hours (2:00 PM) and check-out time is 11:00 hours (11:00 am). Should You wish to check-in outside of the times specified You must confirm this directly with the Establishment. In the event that You attempt to check-in outside of the stated time without prior arrangement, or fail to check-in at all, the Establishment may cancel the entire booking and retain any amount it is entitled to retain as stated in the Establishment's cancellation policy section of Your Booking Confirmation (refer to Cancellation & Refunds section) more detail)
3.4. Secure monitored CCTV basement parking is available on site but all guest who required the facility must inform when placing reservation as spaces are limited.
4. Check-in & Check-out Times
4.1. Check-in time is from 12:00 hours (12:00 pm) on the day of arrival and check-out time is at 12:00 hours (12:00 am) to 12 noon on the day of departure.
4.2. Should You arrive at the hotel prior to the normal check-in time, You are advised to approach the Hotel's Reception Front Desk for assistance in storing your luggage until check-in is available.
4.3. If arriving early, You are also advised to consider making a reservation for the evening prior to Your arrival as early check-in is chargeable.
4.4. Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level and is chargeable.
4.5. Please check with the Hotel's Reception Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to Your departure on availability of late check-out.
4.6. A charge of Taka 600 may be incurred for late check-out between 13:00 hours (1:00 pm) to 15:00 hours (3:00 pm) and a full day room charge may be incurred for late check-out after 15:00 hours (3:00 pm) that will be added to Your bill if no prior arrangement has been confirmed with Us.
5. Occupancy
5.1. Normal occupancy is two (2) persons per room unless otherwise stated. Standard (single) room occupancy is only one (1) person.
5.2. Any additional person(s) over the age of 5 years old will be charged extra at the full rate currently listed per person.
5.3. Extra mattress is available upon prior request and is subject to availability. Any additional mattress will be charged extra at currently listed charge rate per mattress.
5.4. Children above the age of 5 years will be charged at full rate current rate.
6. Payment
6.1. The total amount payable to confirm Your Booking is quoted in Your Booking Confirmation and will be charged to Your credit or debit card account or any other payment type offered at the time of Booking. Your card statement will display "Farmis Gardena Hotel" as the merchant of record.
6.2. All additional goods and services purchased during Your stay must be paid in full directly with Us. 6.3. Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.
7. Liability
7.1. Your vehicles are parked at Our basement are left at owners risk and We take no responsibility.
7.2. Other than for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation, Our total liability to You is limited to the price of the Booking and in no circumstances will We be responsible for any indirect or special damages.
7.3. Should You have any concerns relating to Our operation, hygiene, health and safety practices or services, You should address these with Us directly. If You would like to check the specific conditions of Your stay with Us, You should address these with Us directly.
7.4. We will not be liable to You where We have exercised reasonable care and skill in Our provision of the Booking process and the placement of requirements on the delivery of Our services to You.
7.5. We will not be liable for failure to perform to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond Our reasonable control, including the provision of the service by Us. 7.6. You are responsible for any damage or loss caused to Farmis Garden Hotel, including any damage to Our
property by Your act, omission, default or neglect and You agree to indemnify Us and the Establishment and You agree to pay Us on demand the amount reasonably required to make good or remedy any such damage or loss.
7.7. We reserve the right to terminate Your Booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation where You engage in unacceptable behaviour that causes a disturbance or nuisance to other guests at Farmis Garden Hotel.
8. Data protection
We take the protection of any personal information You supply to Us seriously. The terms and conditions which apply to the treatment of Your personal information are detailed in Our Privacy Policy published at www.farmisgardensylhet.com
9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we may have made, as they are binding on you without any additional notification from us.
